MATHEMATICS DEPARTMENT
The department has 5 teachers. On the performance of the
Kenya certificate of secondary education (KCSE), our school has been on an
upward trend since the year 2007. The mean score has risen from 1.900(D-) in
2007 to 5.2974 (c-) in 2013 as shown in the grid below. Our target for this
year is 6.0000(c-).

Mathematics board updated on daily basis with
the most challenging sums

the subject.
Our vision is to make mathematics the best
performed and most liked subject in the school.
I thank the principal for
supporting all programs and initiatives aimed at improving the performance of
the subject, all the maths teachers for their efforts and support to Kaizen the department and all
the students for adapting and embracing changes positively.
